I received a defective / damaged product, can I get it back?

If the product you received is damaged or if it is defective, you can return the product within two days of the date it was received, provided that it is in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and / or the packaging is intact, once we receive the returned product, we will check it, and if It was found that the product is defective or damaged, we will return the value of the product paid with any shipping charges paid, within one week of the date you requested to return the product.

 

I got a wrong product, how can I return it?

In unusual circumstances when the received product is faulty, you can return the product in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and / or the packaging is intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the payment as long as it is returned within two days.

 

When is “return” not possible?

there are some situations in which it is difficult for us to support return:
If a return request is requested outside the specified time frame, which is two days for defective or non-conforming products from the day of receipt.

If the product is in use, damaged or not in the same condition that you received it.

 

I changed my mind; can I return what I bought?

If you change your mind before receiving your product, you only need to contact us by mobile or WhatsApp to cancel your order and we will return the amount paid with any applicable shipping charges, but if you want to return the product after receiving it, you have up to two days to return it.

Subject to the rules mentioned below:
The product should not be in the list of “irreversible products”.
The product should not be liquidation goods clearly mentioned that it is not returnable.
Only products for which the Retail Packaging Cover has never been opened (closed / riveted box) and whose original seal still has to be returned.

 

How long does it take to receive returned products?

Usually, a representative of the shipping company will contact you within 3-5 days of the day you requested the return.

There may be situations where you have not been able to return products within two days, and in these cases, please contact our customer service team or via the WhatsApp. Complaints are dealt with on a case by case basis. However, all returns accepted in accordance with consumer protection laws must adhere to the specified time.
